How Do I Apply For A Loan?
You can apply for a payment plan directly through us. Go to our Sunbit page and fill out the easy form. You will enter your phone number, agree to some terms and add some additional information.
Is There An Age Requirement?
You must be 18+ years old to receive a Sunbit loan.
How Is Eligibility Determined?
Sunbit will determine approval on several factors. It is based on creditworthiness, the state of residence and your prior history with the products offered using Sunbit technology.
Is There A Credit Check?
To decide if you are eligible, Sunbit will perform a soft credit check. With a soft credit check, getting prequalified will not affect your credit score.
Do I Have To Make A Down Payment?
When you make a purchase using Sunbit, you will need to make a down payment. When you are pre-approved for a loan amount, you will see how much the down payment amount will be.
When Will I Get A Bill?
You will not get an actual paper bill in the mail. All payment reminders will be emailed to the address you used when applying for the loan. When you sign your loan agreement, a copy will be emailed to you along with a payment schedule.
How Do I Make A Payment?
With authorization from you, Sunbit will automatically withdraw the payment from the account you used when setting up your loan. If you need to make payment changes to your account, you can do so online or you can call Customer Support at (855) 678-6248. You can also make early or additional payments online or by phone. You will not be charged a fee for making early or extra payments.
How Much Interest Will I Be Paying?
Interest rates are different for each customer. When you apply for a loan, you will be able to see the APR and how much interest you will be paying.
