Spokane is home to an abundance of local farming.  From Green Bluff Growers to farms in Spokane Valley and Nine Mile, we are blessed with an abundance of fresh produce.  As a supporter of local agriculture and businesses, we want to share in the observance of National Farmers Market Week, August 3-9, 2025.

Besides a good time for you and your family, shopping at a market does more:

  • Supporting the Local Economy: The money you spend at a farmers market directly supports local farmers, ranchers, artisans and small businesses, keeping the money in our community.
  • Freshness and Quality: The produce you will find at a market is often picked at the perfect ripeness, making it have the best flavor and nutritional value for you.
  • Community Connection: Farmers markets are a place to shop, but even more so, they’re a place to connect neighbors and build relationships with those who grow your food.
